- After years in which our company, born to commercialize and promote the products of the Italian enogastronomic excellence, offered exclusively products of our country, we have opened our doors to the excellence (especially wine) of other nations from all over the world.
This choice came spontaneously with the curiosity and the knowledge of what other cultures and lands have to offer.
So today we would like to introduce you Lallement-Pellettier, a very small Maison producer of Champagne, located in Chambercy, few kilometers from Reims in the "de la Montagne" region.
Just like many small wineries in Champagne, Lallement Pellettier was first established as a family of winemakers, which with time has developed knowledge and ambitions for an independent production of Champagne having a strong and precise identity.
The winery's vineyards are made of about thirty plots of land distributed in five communes of the Champagne appellation, four in the Ardre valley and one in the Marne valley,
As for grapes, Meunier occupies 85%, Chardonnay 10% and finally Pinot Noir 5%.
The result is a production in limited quantities, which is the counterpart and completes those of the great maisons, thus making the panorama of champagne various, exalting the differences between production philosophies as well as between terroirs.
There are six proposals of Lallement-Pellettier, all of excellent quality and a quality/price ratio rarely found:
