- We start from traditional recipes such as Caponata Palermitana or Sugo alla Norma, to go to more imaginative condiments such as the "Spaghettata di Mezzanotte" ideal for impromptu dinners and attacks of hunger at night.
What gives SoloSole products a real artisan dimension is the care of the material and of each single ingredient.
A concrete example is the preparation of Caponata, where the vegetables are fried and then drained individually, an attention that makes the product of better quality than that obtained by a normal frying where the ingredients are all together.
Another special attention is the use of Donnafugata's Passito Ben Rye in the recipe of Pantelleria's pesto, as well as many others, which make SoloSole's products unique, full of attention and gastronomic history.
