Campofilone is the Egg Pasta of the Emilian Tradition since 1912

- Campofilone is one of the first companies we introduced, now almost 10 years ago when our e-commerce was born.
Their story begins, like that of any quality Emilian pasta, in 1912 when Mrs. Adorna Albanesi, the founder of the company, opened a local trattoria, where homemade egg pasta was the star.
Today, the size has certainly changed, but not the guiding principles of production: the quality of the ingredients, the craftsmanship of the processes and the time mean that the result is very similar to that of the original trattoria founded by Adorna.
The original agricultural values of the company are integrated with research, in the direction of a sustainable development under the sign of respect and protection of the environment, thanks also to the collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Marche, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Agriculture.
