When he came out the first year of Fobiano – it was 1995 – many people were surprised by the elegance of a Bordeaux blend highly unusual in an area dominated by whites. Even today, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon come from the magnificent terrace of Umbria reaching out to the sun and the magical volcanic mixture. The Fobiano proud excellence of the company, is an important and fascinating wine, fine and smooth, enhanced by a perfect dense texture and soft tannins. It offers complex and harmonious sensations, characterized by notes of berries and a variety of spices and balsamic scents. Perfect with roasts and tenderloin with black truffle.
