GRANATO
Grapevines and pomegranates have the same origins and are typical of the Mediterranean region. The pomegranate also has the same charm, beauty and intensity of the grape. “Granato” is inspired by this ideal blend, an especially concentrated and dense Teroldego whose roots plunge deep in the stones of three different vineyards of the Campo Rotaliano.

Size of vineyards: various single sites in total 4 hectares 6,000 vines per hectare (guyot)

Soil: stony alluvial soils with pebbles and gravel

Fermentation : in large, open-top oak tanks

Aging: 15 months in wood

Annual production: 20,000 bottles
