Geographical Location: In the Monteforte and Soave areas on Zoppega Hill and Foscarino Hill- in the vineyards near the shrines.

Vineyard position: Top slopes of the hills.

Soil composition: Volcanic tuff in some areas and limestone in others

Grape varieties: 100% Garganega growing on horizontal spurred cordons

Vinification: After pneumatic pressing at the end of december the very sweet must is left to ferment in small oak barrels after which it is decanted twice and then left to mature for 8 months in the same barriques (100% Allier oak from the Troncais forrest).

Ageing in bottles: 1 year

Production: 30.000 bottles

Shelf life: 20 or more years.

Characteristics and notes: A complex sweet wine which goes well with lobster, excellent with paté de fioe gras, cheeses and pastries.
