A native white wine with an intense golden color, as well as hints of honey on the nose thanks to a period of maceration and aging in wood.
The palate feels a good structure without being intrusive, however, slight oxidative notes intertwine with aromas of dried fruit , supported constantly by excellent acidity: longevity assured.

The passion for his territory and wine culture can be seen in the eyes and in the transport that Daniele puts into telling about his wines.
He himself personally takes care day by day to which it belongs , in the most precise, natural and careful way possible.

A winemaker who a few years ago embarked on a path of change from an agriculture that he said "was killing the soil" to one that instead aims to enhance it, and express the best without exploiting it.

A path certainly not without its difficulties and pitfalls: lower yields, the nanny towards meteorological and microbiological factors since treatments are limited to a minimum; but this is the path chosen with conviction and awareness by the winery.
