Golden yellow, bright and shiny, with slight greenish reflections on the nail; the grain of the perlage is fine and persistent. On the nose it offers a range of fragrances that go from bread crust to vanilla tones, on a background of ripe apple cream, aromatic herbs and dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts and peanuts). In the mouth it is pure cream, full and round in its complexity, where the notes of ripe fruit are found, relaunched on a background of citrus and spices. A fresh and lively wine, but also full and with a solid structure, with a very persistent finish.

Pairings: As an aperitif, an important lunch, or more simply for a special toast.
