Vinification: gentle pressing of the whole grape, fermentation at a controlled temperature (16-18 °C) in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts, malolactic fermentation partially carried out, aging on fine lees for 9 months, bottling, then resting in the glass for about 3 months.
Tasting Notes: Complex aromatic profile of white fruit and spices. Excellent potability.
