Riserva produced from a selection of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) and Merlot (40%) grapes from vineyards with eastern exposure on clay-limestone marl at about 270 m above sea level. It ages in barrique for 12 months and is subsequently refined in bottle. Of a beautiful intense ruby red color, the nose expresses delicate notes of vanilla and berries. When tasted, it reveals a soft and spicy flavor. Excellent to accompany first courses, especially risottos, the entire range of meats and cheeses with strong flavors.
