Marka: Cà dei Frati

Cuvée Rosè represents another feather in the cap of our production. The idea of a sparkling wine in pink was born at the table, thinking about the potentiality of the grapes already used in the production of Rosa dei Frati. Cuvée Rosè is obtained after a 24 months period on yeasts during which it acquires both olfactory and gustatory complexity. Its perlage is very fine and its color, of an ancient pink, immediately shows its potentiality. The nose is extremely elegant with salty notes which give way to hints of small red fruits and rose petal. On the palate is pleasing and tasty, fruity flavors are rediscovered and all the elegance is reconfirmed. The bubbles are delicate and caressing, the salty sensation and the freshness emphasize the easy drinking of this sparkling wine. It is suitable for aperitifs and it can masterfully manage the whole meal. Ideal with fish dishes as well as with elaborated preparations. Serve at a temperature of 8° - 9°.
