We choose traditional mills to produce maize-, buckwheat-, chickpeas-, chestnut- and rice flours, which are a peculiarity of the “Principato di Lucedio”. A wide and complete range, recommended for the preparation of Italian traditional dishes like pasta, polenta and cakes.
Instant Polenta
Cooking instructions (serves 3): 250g Instant Polenta, 1 litre water with 5g salt.
Preparation: bring the salted water to boil. Pour slowly the polenta mixing well on a high flame until the right thickness has been obtained. Let rest for two minutes and serve. To obtain more or less consistency vary the water quantity.
