We receive from selected mills the various types of flour made from corn, buckwheat, chickpea, chestnut and rice from the Principato di Lucedio. A wide range for the production of traditional Italian dishes: pasta, polenta and desserts.
Polenta
Ingredients (serves 6): 500g Yellow Corn Flour, 1.5 litre water with 10g salt.
Preparation: Bring to boil the salted water in a pot with a thick base. Add the Yellow Corn Flour in a slow stream, while stirring with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 45 minutes and stir from time to time.
