Stuffed Dried Zucchini With Mediterranean Tuna

Once dried, the vegetables are washed with water and apple cider vinegar and filled, one by one, manually with Tuna caught in the Mediterranean Sea and Racale Capers from our garden.

After, each single filling is delicately placed in a jar and then filled with oil

extra virgin olive oil (30%),
Tuna "Euthynnus alletteratus Rafinesque" (15%),
capers,
whole salt,
apple cider vinegar,
lemon juice.
