The vegetables that make up this dried appetizer are grown in the open field on our farm from April to May, and harvested manually from June to September. They are washed, selected, cut into layers and left to dry on the frames for 3-4 days.
Even today we carry out all the operations inside the farm and manually, as our grandfather taught us and as we hope to teach our children. Only in this way we respect the times and preserve the great qualities of the products of our land.
