Obtained from the marc of the Chardonnay grape harvest Franciacorta 1999.
Aged 5 years in small French Allier Oak barriques, then rested in stainless steel barrels for 5 years.
Colour: intense golden yellow
Aroma: vanilla and fragrant.
Taste: in the mouth it is soft and pleasantly refined.
