Obtained from the Malvasia marc.
Transparent, clear and crystalline.
Aroma: intense, ethereal, floral (hedge rose), iris, elderberry, dried lavender flowers, then it crosses to the fruit: papaya, raisins, dried figs, chestnut honey and caramelised fruit, all with a vanilla background.
Taste: a slightly spicy note can be noted that recalls sweet cinnamon and a hint of almond.
