The 2016 Yarden Malbec exhibits dominant notes of fruit, especially ripe cherries and plums, layered with interesting notes of fresh flowers, aromatic spices and French oak. This full-bodied Malbec is tasty and elegant. Although ready to enjoy now, the 2016 Yarden Malbec will continue to improve in the bottle and should remain in excellent drinking condition for a decade and more. Enjoy the wine with roasted leg of lamb, grilled chicken glazed with bulgogi (Korean barbecue sauce), or a slice of ripe blue cheese.
