Tasting Notes: Deep raspberry tone, with bright coppery pink reflections. Intense on the nose, it gives off notes of red fruits, such as wild strawberries, raspberries, watermelon and notes of red currants. Citrus notes and stone fruit such as peach and aromas of Mediterranean herbs are also perceived. Smooth on the palate with good structure, vinous. Very fresh, alive. A slightly bitter note spreads over a refreshing finish.

Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif and for all kinds of tapas, especially with ham. It goes perfectly with meat dishes, soups and stews.
