Dom Pérignon creates only Champagne Millesimati, elaborated from the best grapes selected in a single vintage.
He never stops reinventing himself, to always interpret the unique character of each season in the best possible way. He refuses to compromise, renouncing the creation of Vintage when the vintage is not up to scratch.

Smell

Immediately the sweetness of tropical fruit shines through: green mango, melon and pineapple. Then more temperate notes emerge: the tingle of an orange peel, the mist of a tangerine.
The wine breathes and its freshness is revealed. Flowering after the rain. A tactile sensation of peony, jasmine and lilac.

Taste

The wine quickly reveals its full, rich, intense character. An interesting ripeness and tactile sensation follow the aromatic experience. On the palate the matter takes body, generous, decisive, controlled. Then it strengthens, making the wine vibrate on spicy and peppery notes.
The energy lingers, to a magnificent saline finish.
