Shortcrust pastry ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, lard, fresh eggs, whole milk, butter, extra virgin olive oil, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, salt, flavorings.

Filling ingredients: dried figs 26% (equal to 10% of the total), sultanas, chopped Sicilian almonds toasted 14% (equal to 8% of the total), apricot puree (glugose-fructose syrup, apricot puree, sugar, thickeners: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate, acidity regulators: citric acid and calcium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate, coloring: paprika extract, flavorings), chocolate drops (sugar, cocoa mass, butter cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings), wildflower honey, coffee, taste alcohol, cinnamon.
